What’s the return policy?
As our cold brew is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
When will I get my order?
We currently deliver only in Surat. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours, and often on the same day if placed early. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow it right to your door.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every can of Kurozen is freshly brewed in Surat, Gujarat using finest AAA Arabica coffee beans from the plantations of Coorg. We brew in small batches to ensure every can delivers the same smooth, bold flavour we're known for.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location. We also offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
